What does VIN stand for?

Vin is the Vehicle Identification Number, commonly abbreviated to VIN, a unique serial number used by the automotive industry to identify individual motor vehicles.

Do you sell aftermarket parts?

Some parts we do have aftermarket parts, We deal mostly in Genuine BMW parts.

What is your return policy?

No returns after 30 days (cores included). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in the original packaging and resalable condition. No returns on hardware or electrical parts. You must request an RA number.

What are my shipping options?

We provide the most effective shipping method possible for our customers. We can send United States Parcel Service on most items, as well as UPS for the larger freight. We can also arrange Freight forwarding services for large items as motors, transmissions and such.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally using World Wide Expedited Service. We can send it USPS on some cases as well. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer if they apply.

How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made with a credit card, (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERY),Paypal, and Wire transfers ($25 processing fee) are also excepted. We do COD on some cases, depending on products being ordered.

Is my payment information secure?

Our website is 100% PCI-DSS compatible. With the help of this software we can accept credit cards in a secure fashion. We do not store credit card information.

Do we offer discounts to BMW club members?

At this time we do not offer discounts to members, but we are working on offering them.
